Property Access

  • The garage can be accessed through the laundry room. In the garage are a pool table with all accessories, a ping-pong table with paddles and balls, a dart board, and adult-sized bikes.
  • There is no parking in the garage and the third bay is owner storage.
  • The laundry room is also where the hot tub key and spa/pool towels can be found.
  • Kids bikes and tag-a-longs, as well as additional helmets may be rented in Sunriver village.

Policies and Rules

  • Pet policy: No pets allowed. No exceptions will be made. Guests found with pets or evidence thereof may be fined or asked to leave.
  • Smoking policy: No smoking allowed inside the vacation home.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • No children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

  • Booking channel guests: If you book with us through any channel other than our website, all fees are combined into a single group, which may include cleaning, resort fee, card processing, and hot tub maintenance (when applicable). The service fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
